ALBILEX®-OXI-OFF is a deoxidation chemical based on an aqueous solution which is used for the removal of sulfidic and oxidic layers from silver, gold and other metals. ALBILEX®-OXI-OFF is used for decorative and technical applications.

Application
ALBILEX®-OXI-OFF is a ready for use solution which is used at a bath temperature of 25-30 °C. The degreased, to be cleaned parts can either dipped into a glas or plastic tank or treated by a paintbrush. Bath agitation is recommended when using immersion process. The operational time – depending o the oxide layer thickness – varies from 1-3 min. Afterwards careful rinsing and drying of the parts. Wear gloves.
Storage
Store in closed, original package at cool conditions.

Disposal
According to local regulations the electrolytic degreasing solution has to be given to the chemical disposal and afterwards to the sewage treatment plant. Further information can be obtained from the material safety data sheet.
