ALBILEX®-ED-100 is a cyanide free electrolytic degreasing salt for electrolytic degreasing of all standard metal objects. It is also suitable for anodic degreasing of steel. Furthermore it is also used for the removal of passivation layers applied by Antitarnish-A-100.
Make-up & Dosage
Stir 60-90 g of ALBILEX®-ED-100 degreasing salt in 1 litre of warm (30-40°C) tap water.
Replenishment
Replenishment is only recommended for bath volumes above 100 litres. Degreasing baths should be renewed after every 1-4 weeks.

Hazards Notice & Disposal
According to local regulations the electrolytic degreasing solution has to be given to a sewage treatment plant. The degreasing salt consists of alkali hydroxides and metasilicates. UN-Nr.: 3262. ADR: 8, C6, II.
Delivery Form & Storage
ALBILEX®-ED-100 is delivered as a dry salt in 1kg-cans (item-no.: 6006001) and 25 kgs-bags (item-no.: 6006025), pallet size: 500 kgs (20 bags á 25 kgs).
Store well closed to keep it dry.
